Sara Schwartz (formerly Sara Clark) is a Salt Lake Valley based lighting designer for theatre, opera, and dance. Sara has a BFA in Performing Arts Design from The University of Utah, and a BA in Organizational Communication from Texas State University. Although she specializes in lighting design, she also enjoys scenic and sound design. Passionate about youth theatre and education, Sara aspires to work in theatre education while continuing to freelance design.

Upcoming projects include scenic design for Carrie the Musical (The University of Utah) and The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (On Pitch Performing Arts), lighting design for Così fan tutte (UOpera) and The Twelve (Youth Theatre at the U), and assistant lighting design for Murder Ballad (Salt Lake Acting Company).
